Efficiency
MTO Home Care Service values input from family members and has incorporated policies requiring regular feedback through annual client satisfactory surveys on their experience in receiving culturally responsive services. West Home Care Service is well equipped to provide culturally appropriate and responsive support services to diverse populations. We have developed a mechanism for working and communicating with clients and family members who have limited English proficiency. Our services are consistent with the cultural values and beliefs of the population desired to serve.

Reliability
At MTO home care, we have designed our organisation so that we can provide culturally appropriate services in an exemplary manner to diverse populations and responsive support services to a disabled, disadvantage traumatised refugee and immigrant population. While many of our employees are bilingual, we are skilled in effectively utilising interpreters whenever required. When designing our program, we are fully prepared to be consistent with the cultural values of the population we serve. Our intention for this programming is that all services, interventions, skill building and supports must address the rehabilitation, health, safety and sustainable independence of the individual that receives our services.
